Whether/Weather is an irreverent messaging system that explores the romantic and poetic possibilities of communication and chance discovery through illuminated aerial beacons launched into the sky.

Today was our largest launch ever with 550 messages sent from the students of Bon Air Elementary School in PA.

If you found a ballon, please take a minute to email the following info (see below).

- balloon number - this should be a number printed on the card
* this might include letters, dashes and numbers - for example, "GL-021"
- zip code - where you found the balloon? ... city and state are okay if you don't know the zip
- date and time - when did you find the balloon?
- weather conditions - what was the weather like: rainy, clear, warm, chilly?
- description - what did the balloon look like and describe how you found it? Feel free to attach pictures!
- your response - please write briefly about your response to the message that you found
